Privacy Policy
Effective date: October 12, 2026
1. Scope
This policy explains information handling in the current version of Block Puzzle: PetalGrid (the "Game") and its official website. It describes the features currently provided. New online, advertising, or analytics features must be assessed and disclosed before they are enabled.
2. Information stored by the Game
The Game stores gameplay information on your device, including board state, level progress, scores, completed actions, in-game activity records, and saved preferences such as sound and vibration settings. It also creates local save identifiers and uses the device's date and time to maintain gameplay state. These records support saving, restoring, and applying game rules.
3. Information not requested by current features
The current Game does not require an account or ask you to provide your name, email address, phone number, address, or identity documents. Its current features do not access contacts, precise location, camera, microphone, or personal photos. Game event analytics and external advertising services are not enabled in the current NoSDK version.
4. How information is used
Locally stored information is used to continue your game, restore interrupted actions, remember preferences, maintain consistent progression, and prevent the same action from being applied repeatedly. The current NoSDK version does not upload these gameplay records to a game server or use them for targeted advertising.
5. Permissions and device services
The Android Game uses vibration for optional tactile feedback. You may disable vibration in the Game's settings. Sound preferences are also controlled in settings. The Game accesses its own application storage to save progress. Your operating system controls device-level services and may handle information under its own privacy policy.
6. Website hosting
The official website presents game information and these documents. It does not contain a contact form, a game account registration feature, or site-authored advertising or analytics scripts. Requests to the hosting platform necessarily include connection information such as an IP address and browser request details. The hosting platform may use access logs and, where applicable, authentication cookies to deliver, secure, and control access to the website under its own policies. This website does not send your local game saves to the hosting platform.
7. Sharing and external services
The current NoSDK Game does not sell local gameplay records or transmit them to advertising or analytics providers. Your operating system, app distributor, and the website hosting platform independently process information necessary for their services. Their practices are governed by their own policies. Installing a future version with online or third-party services may introduce different processing; the policy and relevant notices must be updated before those services are enabled.
8. Storage and retention
Gameplay records remain in the Game's application storage while you retain that data. The current Game has no server-side gameplay account or cloud recovery service. Local saves may include recovery copies used to restore interrupted writes. Removing application data removes local saves and recovery copies. The website hosting platform determines retention of its own access and security records.
9. Your choices and deletion
You can control sound and vibration in settings. To delete all local Game information, use Android Settings to clear the Game's application storage or uninstall it. This also removes saved progress and preferences and cannot be undone through the Game. Retention or backups performed independently by your device or distributor are controlled through their services. Privacy rights concerning hosting or platform records should be exercised through the relevant platform's privacy controls.
10. Security
The Game uses application-local storage and recovery mechanisms to reduce accidental data loss. Device security remains important: keep your operating system current and protect access to your device. No storage or security measure can guarantee protection against every incident, and a damaged or lost device may make local progress unrecoverable.
11. Younger users
The Game does not provide features designed to obtain personal details from children. Parents and guardians should supervise use as appropriate and may remove local data using the deletion steps above. Any future collection requiring parental permission must follow applicable law and be disclosed before it occurs.
12. Policy updates
The effective date identifies the current policy. Material changes will be made available in the Game and on the official website before new processing begins. Any notice or consent required by applicable law must be provided. The Game and website use the same policy text.
